When you use our QR code generator, we collect:

• The UPI ID/VPA, payee name and amount of the QR codes you generate, whether a logo was used, and the colours and font chosen (the logo image itself is not kept unless you save the QR code to an account)
• Basic usage statistics, such as when a QR code is generated, downloaded, printed or shared
• Device information: your browser and device details, the page of our site you were on, your approximate location (country and city) and a scrambled, non-reversible form of your IP address

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate QR codes as requested
• Improve our services
• Maintain service security
• Provide customer support

Accounts and Saved QR Codes

If you create an account, we store your email address, your name, your profile picture and Google account identifier (if you sign in with Google), your sign-in device details (browser and IP address), and the QR codes you choose to save (UPI ID, payee name, amount, note, logo and design). You can delete saved QR codes from your dashboard, or your whole account from your account page, at any time. Deleting removes this data from your account; the general usage statistics described above are not linked to your account and are kept.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. The UPI details you enter are used to generate your QR code and are recorded with our usage statistics as described above. They are linked to an account only if you create one and choose to save a QR code. We never ask for, or store, your UPI PIN, bank account number or card details.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for:

• Analytics (Google Analytics)
• Signing in with Google, if you choose that option
• Sending sign-in codes by email (Amazon Web Services)
• Looking up an approximate location from your IP address

These services receive only the information needed for their purpose, and may collect usage data to help us improve our service.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
